The Kiosk, a 350 sq.ft. standalone cafe to be built in front of an existing mixed-use commercial building in West Hollywood, features a modern, folded plate design structure with a transparent glass volume holding an illuminating element, aiming to attract pedestrian traffic and activate the street level by leasing to operators providing beverages and snacks, supporting the General Plan’s goals of promoting pedestrian-friendly environments and enhancing commercial areas, scheduled for completion by late 2025.
